The Tradition of Asanam at CSI Holy Trinity Church: Step into the historic CSI Holy Trinity Church in Sawyerpuram, a beacon of faith and community for 135 years. In this photo series, witness the remarkable tradition of Asanam, a practice that has been nurturing the community for nearly 50 years. Overwhelmed by their hospitality, I had the honor of documenting the cooking process as they prepared to feed more than 8000 people.
